5 Maternity Session Prompts for Photoshoots

I was lucky enough this previous summer to capture the beauty and excitement of Jessica's pregnancy with stunning willow trees. I worked through various poses with the Cook's both candid prompts and standard poses with a natural background. This session was the cutest and I was even able to photograph their little one last October!

We had their session at Brenton Arboretum in Dallas Center, Iowa on a gorgeous summer afternoon. The sun was shining through the willow tree leaves and we were having a blast. Jessica's red dress popped against the hues of green and the warm yellow light.

Their photos turned out so dreamy with the backlighting. The way it made her hair glow... To die for!! I made sure to also capture little details of her baby bump so she could cherish those images forever.
