SPRING IS FINALLY HERE!!! Can you tell I'm excited?
It's finally time to get outside and photograph all the gorgeous people of Iowa. Danielle met me near 11th and Cherry in downtown Des Moines, Iowa, and walked around the area with me to capture some gorgeous portraits. Her blue pants and blue eyeshadow blended and contrasted so well with the backgrounds making her pop in the images.
When we first met I made small talk and had her doing some simple poses and prompts but as we kept shooting I played with movement more, showing her how to turn out so I could get the shot. There was one area with blue stairs and red brick that we hung around the most because it contrasted with her clothing and everything else almost perfectly.
I can't wait to see where life takes her and I'm happy I got to make a new friend during our session. Connecting with people is my favorite part of this job!
